Article 10 paragraph 4 and 5 of the Treaty on the friendship, co-operation and good neighborhood between Romania and Bulgaria

The Parties will take care of the cultural heritage, will protect and preserve the historical monuments of the other Party, located on its national territory.

Each Party will take measures in order to increase the possibilities of teaching the language of the other Party in schools and in university level institutions and, for this purpose, will support the other Party in order to organize the teaching of its language and to prepare qualified teachers.
